One attention model
The Control Center brings together process delays, dead outbox work, webhook delivery, storage cleanup, quota pressure, billing reconciliation, integration health, incidents, and trends for organization owners.
Recovery is a product action
The browser never calls a provider directly. Recovery runs through authenticated, idempotent feature services and correlates the mutation receipt, operator action, incident, and audit event.
