Who this policy covers
This policy applies when you visit https://growth.wisepim.ai, create or use a WISEPIM Growth-OS account, contact us, or otherwise use our services. Your Company B.V. is responsible for the personal data described here unless a customer organization controls that data.
If you use WISEPIM Growth-OS through an organization, that organization may control the content and account data it submits. Its privacy notice may also apply, and privacy requests about organization-controlled data should usually go to that organization first.
Data we collect
The data we process depends on how you use the service:
- Account and identity data: name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, and organization memberships.
- Customer content: information, files, and records you or your organization submit to the service.
- Billing data: plan, subscription status, invoices, and an opaque payment-provider customer ID. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, feature interactions, and diagnostic events.
- Communications: messages, feedback, and support requests you send us.
- Cookies and similar technologies: session, preference, analytics, and marketing identifiers as described below.
We receive this data from you, your organization, your device, and the service providers you connect to WISEPIM Growth-OS.
How and why we use data
We use personal data to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, process payments, deliver support, communicate service updates, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve the product.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent for optional analytics or marketing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
We do not use customer content to train shared AI models unless we clearly disclose that use and obtain any permission required by law or contract.
Retention and deletion
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including providing the service, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, maintaining security, and meeting tax, accounting, or other legal requirements.
Retention varies by data type. Account and customer content is generally kept while the account is active and removed or anonymized after a valid deletion request, subject to backups, legal holds, fraud prevention, and mandatory recordkeeping. Define and publish the concrete periods used by your deployment before launch.
International transfers and security
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another valid transfer mechanism.
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect data, including authenticated access, tenant-scoped authorization, encrypted transport, access controls, and operational monitoring. No service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or data has been compromised.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data, withdraw consent, and appeal or complain to a data protection authority.
Use Settings → Privacy to request an account-data export or deletion, or email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity. Authorized agents may submit requests where local law permits. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Children's privacy
WISEPIM Growth-OS is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If your service targets children or uses another age threshold, replace this section with jurisdiction-appropriate consent and notice language. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our service or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here, change the “Last updated” date, and provide additional notice when required.
