Open the call with the account, the quotes and the battlecard already there
Companies, people and pipeline in one place, with the meeting quotes, the ICP comparison and the competitor claims hanging off the account.
Your role
Where this work lands
How it goes now
The account sits in one tool, last call in another, and what the buyer actually said is in a transcript nobody reopened. Preparing a meeting means rebuilding context that already existed, and every rebuild loses a little of it.
How it goes now
The work already exists. It is just scattered.

- 01
CRM keeps companies, pipeline stages and the conversations behind the relationship on one page. People are searchable across the project with their roles and contact details.
- 02
A transcript goes to extraction on a durable job. The model proposes observations with an exact character span, the server checks the span before anything is stored, and you approve, edit or reject each one. The quote kept is the transcript text itself, never the model rewriting it.
- 03
Living ICP compares an account against a chosen ICP revision, dimension by dimension, and names what it could not evaluate instead of counting it against the account. It is a rule comparison, not a predictive score, and a disqualifier is raised for a person to judge.
- 04
Battlecards put our claims next to how many recorded conversations mentioned that competitor, with the evidence behind every count. No mentions is reported as a gap in what we recorded, never as proof that nobody cares.
- 05
Segments are saved queries that re-evaluate, not frozen lists. Leads shows which accounts a segment reaches today, which ones the records cannot answer for, and the rule that kept each excluded account out.
