Five questions, in order
What is happening, what needs our attention, what needs a decision, what we are learning, how we are operating. The section titles are the questions.
Start here. The page tells you what moved and what stopped.
Today is the daily round. Meetings, task deadlines and project follow-ups on one page, in five sections whose titles are the questions you came to answer. Every figure names the window it covers and the rule it applied, and every row opens the record behind it by its own title.

Highlights
What is happening, what needs our attention, what needs a decision, what we are learning, how we are operating. The section titles are the questions.
An item that needs attention says why it is there: overdue, unowned, undated, standing still, or stalled in review. The fix is readable from the finding itself.
Tasks load separately from the calendar briefing. If the briefing fails, saved meeting notes, decisions and commitments still load, and the affected section offers a retry.
What goes wrong when this work lives in spreadsheets, documents and one person's memory.
You open four tools to work out what happened last week. By the time you have the picture the standup is over, and half of what you found was stale anyway.
Work does not fail loudly. It sits unowned, undated or waiting on a decision, and it surfaces when somebody asks about it in a quarterly review.
Somebody quotes a figure in a meeting and nobody can say what window it covered or what it counted. Today prints the window and the rule beside the number.
From an empty record to something you can act on, in the order you do it.
Pick a window
Seven days for a daily rhythm, thirty for a monthly one, ninety before a quarterly review. Today compares it against the same number of days immediately before it.
Read what changed, then what is stuck
Activity first, so you see where the work actually went. Then the attention list, because every row on it has stopped moving.
Clear one blocker
Each open decision names what is missing: no owner, no decision and rationale, no linked evidence or meeting, or waiting longer than the declared threshold.
Write down what you learned
Experiments with a recorded result, and evidence themes that moved between the two windows. If a theme moved and no record says why, that is the note to write before you close the page.
Honest limits
Today is read only. You fix the source record, and the item leaves the list on the next read.
Nothing here rates a person. The operating section reports signals about the system and how it is run.
These pages share records with this one, so what you write here shows up there.
The page opens on this project's records. The in-app guide describes every field.
