Companies, people and the CRM
One account record per company, the pipeline board over it, and the people beside it.

Where this comes from
This guide is distilled from src/features/growth-kit/help/content/market.ts. When the guide and Growth-OS disagree, that document is the one to trust, and the difference is worth reporting.

One record per company
A company record carries the context once: domain, ecommerce platform, catalog size, number of languages, CRM stage and pain points. Segments select from those fields, the living ICP compares against them, battlecards tally them, and events match recorded attendee names against titles and domains. A field you fill in here is worth more than the same fact typed into a note.
Every field the record declares is shown, including the ones nobody filled in, as not entered. That is on purpose. A missing input reads as unknown, and unknown is taken out of the points a fit comparison is read over rather than counted as a criterion the company failed.
Exclude from campaigns is a required answer
The field records three values: unknown, yes and no. Unknown is not consent. Only an explicit no clears a company for campaign contact, and leaving it unknown keeps the company out of every audience and is reported there as suppression nobody has recorded.
The pipeline, and what stays in Attio
CRM shows the same company records as a pipeline board or a table. Filter by list, stage, owner or text, drag a card to another stage, or use the stage picker with a keyboard. Counts and money totals cover the companies loaded, up to 2,000, and amounts are totalled per currency rather than converted.
Attio is designed to be the owner of the customer relationship record: companies, people, deal stages and stage history. Connect it on the Sources page, which shows what is actually connected. Changes you make here save in Growth-OS and are preserved by later imports; they are not written back to Attio.
People
People is a read-only directory. Search by name, role or email, open a person to read their contact details and recorded company relationships, and step through the results. A missing phone number stays visible as not recorded, and no relationship is guessed from an email domain.
