A belief nobody revisits
Confidence was typed once, a year ago, and the market moved. The portfolio flags what has not been revised in ninety days, and says plainly that this means the last save.
An experiment that never ends
No stopping rule means it runs until somebody gets bored. Growth-OS classifies it as exploration and prints the rule it used.

Write the objective
Success metric, baseline and target. An owner and a review date are required before it can go active.

Write the bet
The belief, a confidence between zero and one hundred, and what would change our mind.

Test it
An experiment records the hypothesis, the metric and threshold, the stopping rule and the effort, then the result and the learning afterwards.

Read the portfolio
Every open item is classified by rule, the five dimensions are scored separately, and the constraint is named with the gap behind it.

Progress is derived, never entered
Share of the distance from baseline to target, with the direction read from the record. A clamped zero never hides the difference between behind baseline, exactly on baseline, and not measurable.
The chain is checked
Bets with no objective, objectives nothing tests, and experiments under no objective are each named rather than left to be noticed.
An unscored dimension says why
No effort recorded, no measurable objective, no reachable bet, or nothing to compare against. A named reason beats a default of zero.

Confidence is a number a person typed, never rounded, rescaled or averaged. Metric measurements are recorded by an editor rather than pulled from a provider.
