Our take
Keep the scratch sheet for ad hoc maths. Move the things we need again in six months: the meeting and its transcript, the evidence quote, the account, the decision and the objective it serves. This week, put one real meeting in Meetings, approve two observations from it, and link them to the account. That is the whole argument, and it takes about ten minutes.
