Growth-OS versus hoe we nu werken
Nu staat ons groeiwerk in een sheet, een Notion-pagina, een Slack-draadje, een persoonlijke notitie-app en een CRM die niemand bijwerkt. Elk daarvan is op zich prima. Samen verliezen ze de link tussen het gesprek, het citaat, het account en het besluit. Growth-OS houdt die link vast.

Onze conclusie
Houd de kladsheet voor rekenwerk tussendoor. Verplaats wat we over zes maanden weer nodig hebben: het gesprek en het transcript, het bewijscitaat, het account, het besluit en het doel dat het dient. Zet deze week één echt gesprek in Meetings, keur er twee observaties uit goed, en koppel ze aan het account. Dat is het hele argument, en het kost ongeveer tien minuten.
